And then you forget the details. Use Rehabulizer as your partner when you walk through room-by-room. Make notes of improvements that need to be done. Add pictures so you can remember the details. Rehabulizer keeps your notes as "work order items." You can even indicate whether an improvement is something that you'd like to do versus something that must be done to bring up to code. Rehabulizer remembers all those details for you. And goes further. Rehabulizer shows you a neat summary of the numbers. From the summary page you can, in an instant, know whether it makes sense to move forward with the project. With a single tap you can see how the numbers work out if you skip the improvements you thought you'd like to do. When you have all of the details summed up for you then you can make a smart decision on whether to do something like "add parquet floors to living room". When you move forward on your projects you can use Rehabulizer to assign tasks to your favorite contractors.
